My ipod lockscreen is messed up.....

    if any1 culd help me, my lockescreen *slide to unlock thing* seems to lack the ability to slide. it either MAJORLY lags or barely responses.
    (i have to slide it about 10 times then wait a while for it to magically unlock or shut off for me to try again, it randomly started btw) any1 know a fix

    a restore is the only way i can think that may help because if thats the only time the screen is doing that then its most likely not a hardware problem
