I think these tools can help you

    1) download bootloader

    2) use ziphone to put the ipod into DFU mode (as the buddy who posted up there)

*Special requirements* Your ipod must be detected by itunes

    Hi m8,

I don't know what you have tried but i recomend:

    1) Plug in to PC or Mac with USB
    2) Hold power button and home button 2gether - Screen shoot go blank after some time
    3) when screen is blank let go of power button but keep holding home button.
    4) iTunes will ask you to restore ipod.

If this helps, please rep my m8

    try this thing.

1)new usb cable or DIFFERENT usb cable

    2) Try to upgrade your itunes to the latest version
