my ipod is possessed

    Oh wait, water and the iPod don't mix, silly me.

    You could try restoring it....that might work a little bit better. My gf's iPod was doing something similar and a restore helped.

    Can assume by your profile that your device is not in fact jailbroken? Otherwise I'd have also guessed that someone installed Veency on your iPod and messed around with you by remotely logging into your iPod from a computer using Ultra VNC...

    Uhm, Try restoring it. If that doesn't work. Dont put it in your pocket with other things

    i did a restore on it and it still does it how can i jail break it would that solve the problem possibly

    Doubt it. It can possibly be a problem with the hardware (screen, maybe?)
    Was it recently damaged or anything?

    yea i just put a new digitizer screen on it and it keeps doing it
