I went to bed and in the morning i turned on my touch and found these Grey areas darker then the rest of the screen and big blobs not small. Do i have to go to apple to plead for help or does anyone here have any suggestions

Have you tried restarting it? Restoring it?

If I were you, I'd either return it for another one, or take it to an Apple Store to get repaired/replaced. That is, if you haven't jailbroken it.

ok.. what's so hard to understand about restoring, I mean the OP can restore it back to his firmware(Shift+click on the restore button in itunes and select the original firmwar), no one is gonna find out

I should have worded my post better. I meant that he shouldn't walk into the Apple Store with a Jailbroken iPod complaining that it's broken. Because the indie hipster kid working the counter will probably just laugh at him if that's the case.

And yes. A quick restore wipes any evidence of a JB.
