Alright, so I was on cydia, and I when to the updates section. I updated this thing called Mobile something (Dunno), then while it was installing I noticed it deleting all my winterboard themes, and then it deleted winterboard. Then it finished so I rebooted the iPod. Then I got the apple logo and it just stuck there. It was like that for 20 Minutes. It never went back to the spring board, so I put it in DFU mode and just restored it to factory settings, then rejailbroke it. Why did this happen? I lost all of my important cydia files...

It must have been MobileSubstrate, which Winterboard relies on. It shouldn't have deleted everything though, that's unusual. It may have triggered a reaction, If MobileSubstrate messes up while you are using a winterboard theme, that may have caused the iPod to stop functioning. Just be more cautious next time, and don't update it if you don't need to.

Thanks for the help. Good thing I was able to restore it in iTunes...
