I was listening to music this morning and everything was ok. Then i was about to go into class so i had to turn of my ipod an when I double tapped the home button it got stuck or something. So now its stuck below the normal surface of the ipod and just kinda wiggles around. If you press it, it won't do anything....so I'm stuck at w.e. app im using unless i turn it off and then on again. Does anyone know how to fix this??

Get the "Close App" thing from Cydia.

If it's under warranty, take it to the nearest Apple Store.

As for closing apps, there's a plugin for SBSettings.

Could try to open it up and fix it yourself or just shut the ipod off, go into cydia, download sbsettings and then download the close app.

yeah dude posting a new thread was kind of pointless. no flaming intended. just that if you have a problem with hardware take it up with apple, not ipodtouchfans
