    About a month ago my 2nd generation ipod touch's screen turned white and froze. After messing around with it i found out all you have to do is hold the home page return button on the bottum of the srceen and the power shut off button togather for 10 seconds to 15 seconds. It worked for me.

    Yeah, it's called Force ShutDown.

    Used for: PSOD, BSOD (black), WSOD, ALOD (Apple Logo of Death)

    and i found out that if i chuck my ipod at a cement wall it breaks!!
