Whenever I'm using something that requires text input, and brings up the portrait keyboard, I turn it sideways to swtich to landscape, but it won't. It remains in portrait despite the iTouch being completely sideways. I even wait a while, and it doesn't change.

    Can someone help?

Not every app supports this. Does Notes have landscape?

Notes, Mail, Safari, Contacts, Stocks, Calculator, and iPod. They support landscape.

Yeah, Notes suports it. Safari doesn't, though.

You need to turn the touch and then hit the text input

Really? It doesn't rotate while you're using Safari?

Try a restore? It should rotate in Safari.
