This problem is not related to Jailbreak. I had the same problem with the song "Love It When You Call" before I jailbroke it.
I just went and downloaded the same song from another source, and it worked.

Speaking of sync, I have a quick question.
If I connect my iTouch to iTunes, and sync some new songs, will it erase the Jailbreak and everything, or just leave it, and add the song like I want it to?

I've heard it doesn't erase anything, but I'd like a secure answer.
