this was really random and has never happened before.
i opened itunes and tried to play some music and the little exclamation point thing came up.
the music is in the folder assigned to itunes and i can do the "find it so it works" thing, but i dont want to have to do that for 1500 songs. some of the music plays, which is strang because it is totally random.

    how do i fix this?

Perhaps someone relocated your iTunes folder. Try to do a System Restore if you're on Windows.

you can get it back with this program. It's just great. It helped me recover over 6000 songs, videos and pics.
