Music and itunes after jailbreak

    Hello my first post

    Okay here is my problem.

    I just jailbroke my Ipod touch 2g using redsn0w and the TUT at http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UGU8Y5tFOz0

    My problem is after I installed everthing that was of intrest

    I pluged it into my computer and wanted to add music, but under devices where it shows my ipod it says:

    " Set up your ipod"

    -An ipod has been previsouly synced with this computer
    -Set up as new ipod
    -Restore from back up of:



    So I guess itunes does not reconize my ipod in jailbroken form?

    Any help is greatl------------y thanked.

    I really want my music for tomorrow ) :

    You should have sync all your music/vid first, but I don't know.

    Just set it up as a new ipod if you want a clean start, or restore from backup which will make your ipod like it use to be, BUT if you choose to from backup it can mess up your ipod. It happened to me like, I lost my photo app because of it.

    you will definately want to set it up as a new ipod.

    Oh so you put all your music/ videos on first.... then jail break it?
    That sucks I always add new music everyday. ) :

    Set it up as a new Ipod. You will be able to sync music to your ipod just as you could before.
