iOS 4.1 multitasking

    hey guys, im just wondering if anyone here uses the multitaking feature or is it just? useless

    if u have newer devices like iphone 4g or ipt 4g ,ipt 3g its best but not for older one.........

    i got an ipt 2g and i enable the multitasking. im also wondering if it uses some of the device's memory?

    It uses alot. Don't Enable it on Devices below iPt3G and iP3GS. Really. It will just lagg the crap out of you.

    No, processes don't need memory. They run with the air in your device.

    It works automatically, we don't put any thought into it. But I know that I use it every time I close an app. It's great.

    I enabled it on my ipod and it works fine w/o any lag.

    Multitasking's not bad, but for some people, they might forget to stop the processes of any app they aren't using.

    I use it more with multiflow than I ever did with the bar at the bottom. Still using native multitasking though.
