Hey guys just wondering does multitasking on ios4 only multitask stuff that is supported?? or does it multitask everything but stuff that hasn't been adapted for ios4 drains more battery like backgrounder on 3.1.2??

Everything will appear in the multi-tasking bar once it has been activated or pushed, however this doesn't necessarily mean the app is adapted for multi-tasking.

every app gets multitasked, but if its not supported, when u click it from the mullti task bar, it restarts the app, like clicking it from the springbord

Technically apps with no code for multitasking support don't multitask at all without Backgrounder, but the task drawer also displays recent apps for whatever reason. By now, however, most of the more popular apps have been updated with at least the suspend-and-stay-resident method for multitasking, which takes up no battery or CPU but does keep some RAM reserved in many cases.

Just use backgrounder and remove recents. Then you choose what is multi-tasked and its all REALLY multi-tasking.
