    How to use multitasking??

    I tried with 5-6 app I use regularly but when I double press home & go to other app, it open from start not resume , then what's use of it? Instead of use, just wasting background space & battery?

    Even no way to exit app directly so after we open any app, we gave to close by pressing home twice & remove that app?? Any solution if it?

    Really, there is no other solution, unless disabling it somehow, but yeah, Apple made multitasking useless, but IMO ProSwitcher actually resumes your session so that kicked Apple right in the ass. But anyway, just regularly remove your apps from the multitasking dock until further notice.

    You can disable it in the N82AP.plist. There's a guide for it somewhere.

    It's not multitask fault, it's apps fault

    'cause apps did not updated to compatible with multitask iOS4.1 Instead of disable multitask, there is Cydia tweak that allows you to close app with predefine action in activator. In that way you can close app that does not supported multitask and stikl have multitask for which supported it

    To Disable Multitasking:
    Navigate to \System\Library\CoreService\SpringBoard.app, and locate the file named NXXXXX.plist.
    The name varies depending on the device you have.

    Open the file using a plist editor. You can find a free one online . Just google it.

    Once you get the plist opened find the following:

    <key>multitasking</key>
    <true/>

    and change "true" to "false". Then reboot and respring.

    Make sure you back up the file. use ssh and winscp to backup the file on your local hardrive where you can edit it before you transfer back to your device.

    No. Prob. You will also need plist editor or notepad++ to edit the plist.
