I jailbroke my 2nd gen itouch and put iOS 4 on it with multitasking enabled when I installed the jailbreak. It worked fine until I installed winterboard to add a wifi black bar theme on my wifi bars. I respringed and rebooted and powered off and on and it now just shows a black bar when I go into the multitasking menu... How do I fix it?

I haven't even had the jailbreak 2 days, didn't know if that would help... I'll try it and see what happens...

Yeah, Winterboard is probably the problem. That is one of the Cydia apps that needed to be rewritten in order fot iOS4 because it kept crashing and screwed up multitasking and such. So try uninstalling it and reboot. If that doesn't work, you may need to restore and rejailbreak.
