Is it just me or is it really hard to manage the apps that you have running in iOS 4? I have no way of knowing if an app has "fast app switching" or not unless i open the app and find out. It really gets on my nerves. Also, i find that i can only "multitask" the first 9 or so apps at once. Anybody else discovering the same thing I am?

RAM limitations. I have no problem with a limit of 9 (seeing as the most I've ever really run is 5), but if it's an issue for you, I'm sure there's something in the coding you can change... Or, maybe you could end the Mail and Phone apps when you need more RAM?

And if you want to end the whole "switchable or not?" ordeal, I would recommend Backgrounder. You can set it to AutoDetect so it will background what can't and let run what can.

Yeah it gets too be too much. Install Remove Recents and that will get rid of anything that is not background compatible from your multitasking bar.
