    Two questions:

    1. Starting today, when I try and multitask with Cydia using Kirikae (double tap the home button), my iPod.app opens instead of the multitasking window. Cydia is the only app this happens with.

    2. Trying to buy Locktopus from the Cydia Store. When I try to log in to PayPal, I get an error. I know my password is right because I just logged into the PayPal website with it.

    EDIT: Problem two resolved itself.

MobileSubstrate extensions are disabled whenever Cydia is open. Opening the iPod app is the default OS behavior.

It's a recently added feature. Until just a few weeks ago, MobileSubstrate extensions still worked with Cydia open. It was decided to disable them to avoid updating one while it was in use. The same disabling feature is now present in iFile as well.
