So I was running Multifl0w and absolutely loving it. It beat the default app switcher by a long shot (I don't use Backgrounder). All was fine until I noticed my RAM. Using the close box in Multifl0w, I quit out of Photos, Safari and Pandora. While Multifl0w showed nothing running, SBsettings said otherwise. All the apps were still running.

Anyone else have this problem, or know how to fix it?

Yeah, I'm having the same issue. It's not really a 'problem', it's how the application is supposed to work. But, yeah, I think it should quit the apps, amongst other features.
