    Hi,

I've converted a few Xvid movies to MP4 using various converters but everyone will stop after anywhere from 5-10mins on my 16GB Touch?

I've tried different settings and formats but none seem to make any difference?

    Any ideas?

I've had this same problem. I'll convert a movie, I use videora ipod touch converter, and it will play for like 30 minutes, then stop. I can watch the whole converted movie on my computer in itunes though.

I have the same problem. I used DVD Decrypter to decode DVDs, then Videora to convert them for iPod touch. And yes, the movie will get a bit blurry (somewhapixelated), actually, the sound stops first. Then it will just crash and return to the video menu.

Same here and for whatever reason it just started happening yesterday. I have probably watched 40 hours of video without a single problem, not each of the last 3 videos I've tried to watch do the same thing. At some point (or multiple points) the video freezes on a frame then after a few seconds it send me back to the video list.

I did notice a few glitches before it stopped. What OS are we all using? I'm using Vista.

    Same here, Vista.

But why hasn't Vista been a problem at all over the last 3 months, and now all of the sudden.

Plus the videos play without a glitch when played directly through itunes, it's just problem on the ipod (at least for me)

I read somewhere that there are problems with syncronization from Vista to the iPod Touch... but I don't understand this... Hope someone can find the answer because it is very anoying when watching a movie
