Ok, so here is the story. I have a Blackberry storm 2, and its busted, surepress fails, cracked screen. My dad said that if i did work for him then he would buy me the iPhone 4 on Verizon.

But my dad thought that we were eligible for upgrades, but i spent 3 weeks working then when we ordered today my upgrade isn't for 5 months

So my dad told me to pick a cheap smart phone to order until we can get iPhones in december.

He ordered me the Motorola Citrus, but now I want to know if anyone has used it, and if it is decent?

Also I am confused,

I know what rooting is but will it help me gain speed on this phone, because it only has a 528mhz processor

Also, what are the best things to do once rooted?

You should be able to overclock it with root, not a bad little phone.

-Custom Roms
-Wifi Tether
-Themes
-Overclocking

I can't seem to find any roms, also I don't get with their is no "Cydia" type thing when you root so where do you get themes?

That's kinda a good thing cause now you can get the iPhone 5

Exactly what my dad told me. Get a cheap phone thats a smart phone so I can use my data plan and it won't go to waste, then when a new iPhone comes out by upgrade time we can both get it. Heck maybe I'll like android better and get a Droid 3 in december
