Hello, Recently (since I flashed back to Motoblur) my Motorola Atrix has been having random skitz and completely powering down, this usually happens when using the HDMI cord, opening a file explorer and using the Car Dock, my uncle who also has an Atrix is having this problem aswell.
Completely stock, or a blur based rom? If you're completely stock, wipe system, data, cache and dalvik cache, then reflash your rom. If that doesnt fix your problems, the only thing I could think of is possibly to restore your PDS backup (which if you dont have, you're kinda screwed since they're device specific). However, only do that in an absolute last resort. Alternatively, switch back to CM7/9/MIUI since you say the issues started when switching back to blur. Edit: You wouldnt happen to be using a version of blur meant for another region, would you? For some reason the US Atrix and international Atrix handle memory management a little differently, and as such before unified kernels existed you needed to get a region specific one. Stock blur doesnt need this since normally it would never be installed on a device of the wrong region. Use an app to check how much memory you have (total, not free). If its less than 750mb, try flashing a custom kernel compatible with blur roms.
It was a blur based ROM and I have an International Atrix I believe, mine has no branding and no branding even on the box, and my uncle has Telstra (AUS Carrier) on his, I first got mine I came with the Telstra Software (like in settings it has Telstra - (lots of numbers and letters here)) and then I made a backup and flashed a custom ROM but the backup that I made got corrupted so I used the Fruitcakes on XDA and flashed Faux123 kernel and then this has started happening. Also on CM9 (my now current ROM) are your capacitive Back and Search keys not as bright as you Home and Menu keys, this happens to me only on ANY CM9 rom, but on blur or CM7, or MIUI Gingerbread and MIUIv4 its not?
