When I make my custom firmware I can only fit in 16 apps. Did I do anything wrong? I haven't used all the actual Disk Space. There is 15 MB left.

Is this some kind of limit? Is there a way to bypass it?

Is it possible to get all the apps to show up in Installer? Right now only installer shows up!

    Hope anyone knows the answer

Install 'Community Sources' in Installer, and then when you search for all apps in Installer, install 'BossTool' which will free up a lot of space on your iPod

    hope this answers your question

Making more fit when making custom firmware might be a little much for you to try. However right after you install the firmware and after you install BSD Subsystem, install BossTOol and move Fonts, Ringtones, and Apps in that order.

I don't think you understood the question. It's when i'm making my CUSTOM firmware. Therefore I cannot relocate anything. And it should work anyway? I have 15 MB free disk space. Maybe there is some kind of limit in pwnage.Maybe you can only have 16 apps?

I understand the question, I just don't think you are capable of doing what needs to be done to free more space when you make the firmware but I could be wrong.

What kind of boot logos are you using? The only time I got the error 6 message was when the Boot or Recovery Logos were to big.
