    Hey,
I have the Monster Turbines right now, but I'm thinking of just returning them and getting the Skullcandy Full Metal Jackets. Which one do you guys think are better?
Skullcandy Full Metal Jackets (ipod version): $79.99
    Monster Turbines: $179.
Obviously theres a big price difference, but yeah. Which one do you think is better?

definitely turbines. if you get the skullcandy you're paying for a $30 earphone sound, the rest of the price comes from skullcandy's designs.

FMJ = crap. They break every two months. (although they do have a lifetime warranty)

Which reminds me, I need to send them in again.

I've had mine for nearly eight months. Still just as good as the day I bought them.

Ive had mine for about 8 months. Not a single problem. Even dropped one of the sides in a cup of water, put in rice and still sounds great.

Really? My cable goes bad every couple months, in different places each time.

Why'd you revive the thread? It was pretty clear that the Monster Turbines were "better" than the FMJ's.

My vote is for the Turbines.
