Is it safe to use to clean the screen and the back from all finger prints?

Since most lcd screens are plastic and the ipod touch has a glass screen... it should be fine

As with any electronic device DO NOT SPRAY DIRECTLY ON THE DEVICE. Instead take a cloth (such as a micro fiber cloth) and spray on that. Then wipe the device. Spraying directly on the device could cause liquid to get in to the device causing it to malfunction.

I learned my lesson when cleaning my touch pad on my laptop, as well as a old TV I had about ten years ago.

The touch still has a LCD screen, it just has the glass plate over it (As with the any LCD display with a glass pannel on top)
