is there a way to modify intelliscreen so it keeps tracks of the rss news feeds you want it to? I don't mean adding a feature to add feeds, just modifying it do instead of the default ones its ones you LIKE

since I don't really follow sports and don't really want the news on my lock screen, I'd replace ythem with things like iptf, digg, gizmodo, etc...

they said in the next release youll be able to add rss feeds, I cant wait!

I never said it was a plist file - but I know you have to convert the files in the app to view them or download a special editor/viewer, so I wanted to know which file it is that has the urls in it (probably has other info too)

EDIT: so what are some good (meaning free) programs to edit those kind of files in the app (theyre objective C orC++? I get confused... or are those the same?)

i did a hard reboot and they were still there so it permanent to my knowledge

ps. if u wanna add more i suggest adding more tru intelliscreen app then editing them out in the xml

pss. i also opened the weatherxml and it does list celcius , so it does seem possible to edit it to show celcius instead of farenheit.(i didnt give it to much effort tho, i tried a few things but it wasnt as a a quick fix as editing the rss was, plus i use farenheit so there wasnt much reason for me to go and tinker with it)

    how to

this was pretty easy to modify

    1.get /Library/Intelliborn/intelliconfig.xml from ur iphone

2.open it with any xml editor (i used dreamweaver)

    3. add ur favorite rss to the highlighted area

4.save and upload back to /Library/Intelliborn/

5.enjoy ur favorite rss in ur lockscreen

The latest versions have the ability to add custom feeds. Once you do that, you can set it to keep track of only your favorites, even if they aren't part of the original defaults. If you edit the configuration file directly, you'll have to fix it pretty often, as it will get overwritten when you change preferences.
