Modify capacity

    I am curious, is it possible to buy a16 or 32gb ipod touch memory card and install it on an 8gb?

    if you are going thru the trouble, then just buy a 16/32 gig. That would be the logical thing to do....

    lol how the heck would you put a memory card? a custom flash drive would make sense.

    But how much would you get for a broken iPod 8gig?

    He could sell it, and use that money for a 16/32 gig. Without chance of breaking it.

    This is all probably just a 'i wonder' question, and i don't think he has any incentive on doing this.

    Sounds illogical when the 32 has more ram if you're talking about 3g
