mobilewatchdog fix?

    I assume your talking about mobile installation hack? If not nvm if so then no one knows yet the 2.1 isn't JB'n yet therefore no SSH, and no mobile installation hack.

    EDIT: Nvm, that's not what your talking about. Wow I look nooby lol.

    2.1 doesnt fix mobilewatchdog... crap!

    It kind of fixes it, but in a totally different way.

    They now have a springboard cache file, so the re-enumerate the desktop operation should not take over 2 minutes.

    With that said, there were a number of ways to fix it for real, and again Apple let us down:

    1) Change timeout to 5 minutes from 2, 20 minutes from 10 for the hw watchdog
    2) Or- Fix the bloody Springboard to reset the watch dog DURING re-enumeration, like after every 10 app lookups or something.

    Their cache fix will NOT make life easier for Cydia. Since it erases the cache, forcing Springboard to recreate it.
