Mobilemail fix!

    simply rename in the info.plist of the mobilemail.app the bundleidentifier from com.modiphone.maps to com.apple.mobilemail!!!

    respring and tadaa it shows up

    edit:

    just copy the info.plist provided (remove the .txt extension) into the mobilemail.app folder

    allright sorry but i posted it in quite a hurry.

    to be more precise:

    ssh into your ipod. navigate to the applications folder
    navigate to the mobilemail.app folder
    in that folder edit the info.plist
    you need to replace com.modiphone.maps with:
    com.apple.mobilemail

    respring and it works

    thanks but i cant stand this, i cant find mobile mail WTF im not blind either

    when i go to
    "/Applications"

    it directs me to /private/var/Applications

    you sure you jailbroke 1.1.3? because that shouldnt be preserving symlinks...

    well, then you must be wrong. i cant be that you are not seeing the mobilemail.app folder inside the applications folder
