Also just recently released, works perfect with 1.1.3, no editing of host files needed.

For the windows and text field to appear properly, you must have the MobileSMS.app from the iPhone.

I have attached a version that works for me, and should for those on 1.1.3, just drop it into /Applications and make sure permissions are set to 755. You can hide the app afterwards with Poof, but for me it never even showed up, but did appear in WinSCP as being in the /Applications folder. Do the same with the Chat.app.

Does this program send messages to phones and IM programs or just one of them?

I prefer Apollo, but I'm willing to sacrifice crashes for the godlike landscape keyboard

The area where i type my message black? I can't see what I'm typing. In the screenshots it shows that it should be white.. what's the deal?

For those having problems, make sure you have the MobileSMS.app installed on your iPod. You can hide it using Poof, and it will make it so your text window is filled in.
