I appear to be having the same problem. MobileToDo list won't remember anything I input. Any suggestions?

    Thanks.

well well, what do we have here. All you said is your problem actually, you have to specify the firmware and every single detail.

I'm on 1.1.3 via the dev team jailbreak with MobileToDo List v0.4. Every time I try to add a new task, when I exit and then restart the program, it resets to the default placeholder task--in other words, it doesn't save any changes that I make. I've tried SSHing and changing permissions for the ToDo list folder, but that doesn't seem to work. So far this is the only program that I've had issues with.

I think mobile todo is still saving stuff in the var/root/Library. This could be the cause of the problem. You will probably need to create a sim link to get it to var/mobile/Library. Read up on how to ssh into your ipod, if you don't know how, then you will need to input this:

    cp -R /private/var/root/Library /private/var/mobile/
    rm -r /private/var/root/Library
    ln -s /private/var/mobile/Library /private/var/root/Library

the first line will copy the folder, the second will delete the folder, and the third will create the sim link.

Update: there is a new mobile todo in installer that works with 1.1.3.

Thanks for the advice. I tried the new MobileToDo list, but it still has the same problem as before. I also tried to apply the above fix, but unfortunately that didn't work, either. Seems like a bug, perhaps?

I have the same problem. but already fixed it. You can try this:
    - backup all the files in mobiletodo folder (check the date of files to ensure which folder is updated; root/mobile/Library or root/Library)
    - set root/mobile/Library pemission to 777

Now, the problem should be fixed. try add some todo, switch go springboard and go inside todolist again.
