For those of you who use the Mobile Last.fm Scrobbler, it always has the little icon in the top right corner meaning it's always running in the background correct? Do find that this eats up battery more than normal? I didn't use my ipod at all once today in school and i was down to 70 percent(started with a full charge). Normally I'm still practically full by the end of the day, unless of course i use my ipod during the day.

If it is eating up battery, they need to make an option to turn off the scrobbler when you don't want it running.

Of course it eats battery, when you go to school, shut down wifi. That should spice up your battery life

. You could also press the home button for 10 seconds, so it closes all the apps

yeah but i use wifi at school all the time. But today i didn't at all and something killed my battery. Im assuming it's the scrobbler since i just installed it. There needs to be a way to make the scrobbler not always be running.

Settings > MobileScrobbler > Scrobble Songs / Podcasts [ON / OFF]
    Then reboot.

    That should help :]

Yep Ive had the same problem.

Previous versions dont seem to eat the battery so much. but this one does.

So i just turn it off with boss pref's until i want to use it. And dont use it at all for scroobling now.
