Mobile Safari Problem

Discussion in 'iPod touch Firmware 2.X' started by deleted account, Oct 28, 2008.

  1. I accidentally deleted an important file for my safari application. I was changing the icon and believe I deleted the file called "safari." Is there a backup of the app available somewhere online? Could someone send my the application folder, or that specific file?

Just restore. You really shouldn't be mucking around in that directory with icons anyways.... not when WinterBoard lets you do it safer.

No deleting files with that baby, which results in fewer problems like yours.

Don't restore, there was a thread somewhere around here that had the apps that came with the iPod Touch/iPhone... But I will have to track it down (I take no credit for the links that might be given or the thread.
