I know, there are similar threads in here, but maybe there was some change since the release of touch 3g? The question is - is there any possibility to use mobile phone as bluetooth modem for ipod touch 3g? thanks and sorry for my bad english

Yes, I believe that what you are looking for is iBluetooth... search for it.

I believe, I may be completely wrong... I'm not jailbroken.

    Ah, ok.

    Well then, I don't know.
Hey, what OS is your phone? Is it possibly a smartphone (like Windows Mobile)?

Ok, I don't think that will work.

Yeah there were OS, but if it was Windows Mobile, I could tell you how to make a portable wifi hotspot, that went with your phone.

    Oh well.

I would never even want to use my phone as a modem, unless I got an unlimited data plan. I did calculations, and it would cost me about $307.2 to download 1 MB.

If you have a S60v3 mobile (Nokia N, E and some 6xxx) you can download JoikuSpot Light for free on your mobile to make your WIFI enabled S60v3 mobile a wireless access point. Or, spend $12.99USD and have JoikuSpot Premium which has access point renaming and WPA2 encryption.
