Mobile Notes storage

    does anyone know where the mobil notes notes are stored on the touch, ive written some lengthy ones and id rather not retype them

    I think they are stored in /private/var/root . That might be Notes though...

    I thought they were in /var/root/Library/Notes - but they're in a database which won't help you. I believe in the Notes app you can click the envelope at the bottom and email them to yourself...

    they are indeed probably stored in a database file like your photo's. Emailing is the best option i guess

    that worked, thanks, i was able to read the notes.db file and get my notes!! whoo!!!

    im gonna try this with photos maybe i can get that to work so i can delete some

    May I know what program did you use on your PC to open up the notes.db file?

    this still bothers me.

    - Contacts sync with Outlook contacts
    - Calendar syncs with Outlook calendar
    - Notes sync with .... hmmm
    - Tasks sync .... er .... with nothing

    Would it have been that difficult for them to make the other apps sync

    iTunes would have to handle the notes & tasks if that were the case.
    Eeeel.... then I'd really miss 4.9.
