The iPhone/iPod Touch could seriously benefit this. For a $15.00 price, I'd buy it in a heartbeat. What about you?

I'm buying a MacBook Pro just to use Logic.

BeatMaker is better than GarageBand IMO too.

for what its worth, i run Logic on my Core Duo, 1.83Ghz, 2GB RAM MacBook and it runs pretty damn well. as does Photoshop, InDesign, Aperture, and almost any Pro app. Even a couple of them at the same time! i only mention it in case you were on the fence about going balls-out and getting the Pro. I'm going to be getting a new laptop probably around Xmas and i'm seriously torn between getting a totally tricked out MacBook or a low-end MBPro.

also, i've been thinking that i could get a really really nice Mac desktop for the same price as either of those two and just keep my current MB for traveling around, browsing, Excel, Pages etc.

you really think BeatMaker is better than GB? i guess i agree as far as making beats is concerned, but i think GB is a lot easier to use, not to mention i can't record my guitar through my iPhone or my keyboard...

I just feel it looks nicer and I like the multi-touch pad really... Of course, If I can't afford a Pro by Winter, I'll settle for a regular MacBook

I've never been able to use GB. My school's got a G5 with Logic Pro 7 and GarageBand on, and I could never figure out GB :\ For 2 years.. Lol.
