    Hello guys,
today I finally decided to jailbreak my iPod touch (8GB, purchased Feb. 2nd). I used the ZiPhone method and everything went fine. No errors or stuff. But the installer is missing, I cant find it.

it wasnt successful. what method did u use? if u used the terminal looking one then chances are its not going to work try using the ZiPhone GUI method u will have the installer app everytime as long as u?

    1. Delete all backups of ipod
    2. Restore your ipod
    3. Don't set up ipod when screen comes up just exit out of itunes
    4. Next slide to unlock your ipod
    5. Power off your ipod by holding the power button for 5 seconds until the power off slider appears
    6. Hold down the home and power button at the same time until the connect to itunes image comes up (recovery mode)
7.Click ok when itunes pops back up saying its detected an ipod in restore mode and exit out
    8. Open up Ziphone 2.5 GUI and click the jailbreak button on the side and let it do its thing
    9. When done your ipod should go directly to the springboard (u should not see the slide to unlock screen if so then it didnt work and u will have to repeat process) and u will see installer app and the bookmark zibri
    10. Open up installer and download BSD Subsystem, Subsystem fix, and Open SSH
    11. exit out of installer, it will respring
12.open safari and type in random letters to make sure your keyboard works fine which it should if not just redo the process again

Now u have a jailbroken 1.1.3 or 1.1.4 iPod Touch in only 45 Seconds!!!

Okay, tried it again. It is there now, but problem is that the installer can't complete any package downloads. It just says download failed, no matter wich program I try to install.

Dammit, now this message pops up on the screen several times a minute:

    BSD root: md0, major 2, minor0

    What should I do?
