Mini vMac is a Mac Plus emulator on the iPod Touch. I will teach you how to install Mini vMac on the iPod Touch.

DISCLAIMER - I WILL NOT DISCUSS HOW TO GET THE ROMS - Why? Because you should own a Mac Plus in order to use the ROM. Otherwise, it's illegal.

1.) Get the Mac Plus ROM file, change the name to vMac.rom

2.) Get some Mac Plus .dsk files, there are Mac Plus programs on these. Some that you should get are MacWrite, MacPaint, and System Disk. These disks are for sure legal

3.) Get your iPod Touch / iPhone, open up Cydia. Add 'namedfork.net' to your sources

4.) You should find Mini vMac on Cydia. Install Mini vMac.

5.) Now put the ROM file in one of these locations:
    ~/Library/MacOSClassic/
    /Library/MacOSClassic/
    /Applications/minivmac.app/

6.) Mini vMac will look for disk images with .dsk and .img extensions in:
    ~/Library/MacOSClassic/
    /Library/MacOSClassic/
    /Applications/minivmac.app/

7.) You're good to go! Open up Mini vMac.

Please Register or Log in to view images

    Usage Guide:

OK! Now that all that is over with, now I will teach you how to use Mini vMac on your iPhone / iPod Touch

    First thing's first...
Remember those disk images you inserted earlier? To insert, swipe left with two fingers and the list of disks will appear. Disks already inserted will be greyed out.

    How to...

    ... Access Settings Menu?
    Swipe two fingers right

    ... Change the screen size?
    Tap with two fingers

    ... Access the virtual Keyboard?
Swipe two fingers up to show, swipe two fingers down to hide

    Enjoy!

    Ok...

You can do different things depending on the disk, there's a text editor, some games, paint, it's just really cool. You've got to try it out.
