    It seemed to me that only like 10 seconds of the ad had anything to do with Windows 8 :confused:. The rest was space shuttles taking off and laptops getting blown up, relevance ? I wouldn't call it a hit.

    I didn't like it.

    However, I did like the leaked ads that I saw before. They've been since pulled now.

    That was so creepy. I'm watching the Giants game and as I go to check here for news, it goes to commercial and the W8 Ad pops up as I start to read this headline.

    :S Are you being serious? Of course it's trying to replace Windows 7. It's called Windows 8 not "Windows Occasional Alternative" or "Windows Supplement".

    I liked it! Made the UI seem pretty slick. Buuuut I still feel like it'll take some getting used to without a tablet or touch capacitive device...

    Edit: The Metro portion of it; I understand that it includes the more desktop-y mode.
