Microsoft CEO Steve Ballmer is the Worst, Says Forbes

A bad CEO would be somebody who would cause the company to lose a load of money, like Sony for example. For laughing at the iPhone, he was judging it at release with it's then current extremely high price and the lack of features.

Well, the price was extremely high, and it was lacking tons of features. It was just executed at the right time which made it become popular.

The iPhone didn't really catch on until the iPhone 3G with the App Store and a lot more features and better price.

Based on those performances i'd say he might be insane but i don't think that has much to do with his job as a CEO.

I use my computer running Windows 7 more than my MacBook, and I like the look of the Windows Phone 7 OS, but you don't see me running around these forums looking for a chance to release my anger on the staff here. Because I understand that Apple-specific bias is great for discussions on this website.
