Ok, so I just got my Zagg invisible shield for front and back of my iPod Touch 4th Gen. I put them both on and followed all the directions (wait 24 hours, etc.) and everything worked perfectly before I put them on. Now, after I turned it back on, my back microphone is completely unresponsive. Even on the video recorder, no sound. Any suggestions? PLEASE HELP ME!!! Thank you.

Did you spray the solution on the microphone? Is the invisibleShield covering the Microphone?

I tried not to spray directly into it, but it could have happened. The invisible shield is not at all covering the microphone in any way.

Are you sure you punched out the little hole for the microphone?
