if you put the microphone in your ipod, the speaker is disabled because the ipod thinks that that were headphones, am i right??

i dont think so..my friend has a microphone adapter in which you can plug in your own headphones, but when you dont plug in your headphones, your ipod thinks that there are headphones in.

Speakers don't work. The ipod takes ALL mics as headphones. If you want both, get an adapter.
