    Hi everyone,

I was wondering if there's a good windows live messenger app for ipad.
Seems most of them are just iphone apps, but i want an app that uses the big screen

Currently I'm using IM+ Lite, but it got some serious bugs imo.

    Any recommendation from you, guys?

If you don't mind spending $10 I would get BeeJive. It supports a handful of platforms and has PUSH.

The official Windows Live Messenger app works quite well, but I don't think there is an iPad specific version yet.

That has a buttload of bad reviews, but I do know how BeeJive is (pretty nice app if you ask me).

Well; it's not really a bug, I think it's more iPad iOS 3.2.x specific.

It crashes a lot (probably due lack of free RAM) and I still get push notifications after a few hours when I'm logged off.

I don't just quit the app, I really set my status on "offline".
    So I don't really like IM+ (lite).

Then try IM+ not Lite or BeejiveIM. I think those are about your best bet unless you want to run iPhone apps...

The crashing may not be due to lack of RAM but due to various reasons... I think it is generally advised that you close down inactive conversations or conversations that have ended ages ago to avoid a crash.

I never had a problem with the app. Perhaps those people don't know how to run an app.

I vote for Beejive; it was the only app I'll ever needed to pay for, it's great. Unfortunately the cracked version sucks because they use UDID to blacklist you so you have to buy it.

Im+ is the best in my opinion. Never let me down!
