I was trying to install the iNitsua theme and when I was editing the Info.plist and InfoPlist.strings, when I resprung my ipod, it would load the springboard as 4x4 (when it should been 5x4) and a spinning circle appears, then the apple logo appears for a second, and then loops over and over. I tried SSHing back into my ipod and putting back what I am pretty sure are the original InfoPlist.strings and Info.plist, but it still did not work. I then rejailbroke with redsnow beta .3 for Mac OSX but it continues with the looping. Could I get some help, and possibly a new InfoPlist.strings and Info.plist? I really don't want to restore.

Do you mean a complete restore? I actually asked in post if it were possible I could get some other help besides that.

Dfu mode and a restore is probably your only option

I don't know about GPSPhone, but most cydia apps don't save anything, so there should be no problem there

worst case is ssh into the thing, pull out all ur saved files from the applications folder, and ssh them back in when you restore and rejailbreak, but yea, you will need to restore, sorry

yeah if u can ssh, that's probably ur best bet.. sad to say... your cydia apps... most likely lost.. but.. thats y i only download the core basic cydia apps, so that..in case it gets messed up, there isn't a lot to download. i only have like.. MXtube, Dtunes, Winterboard with only like a couple of good themes... Sbsetttings, and the different widgets that use, like processes.. other than that, there isn't any other cydia apps that i do have.
