Memory Question

    Hello! I was wondering if there is any way to increase the memory space on the ipod touch 2g for applications. Or better yet, if there's a way to use the hard drive space to store the applications.

    Um, just so you know, applications are stored on the iPod touch's hard drive.
    If you mean virtual memory, you can download apps such as Free Memory from the App Store that frees up memory on your iPod or iPhone. If you're jailbroken, you can download SBSettings, press "processes", and "free up memory".

    However, if you mean physical hard drive space, you would have to go through long and extensive mods/hacks.

    You cannot just create more hard drive space with a program.
