memory expansion

    would it be possible to disassemble an ipod touch 2g and solder some stuff so you can plug an extra micro sd card in it?

    not at the moment.. but a "flash drive" sort of device would be pretty damn awesome!!

    you would have to reprogram the OS to support the MicroSD function anyways, but it would be nice to have expanded memory.

    That's a bog standard hard-drive, not a solid state drive.
