    3G iPod touch
When I bought my iTouch from the store, they displayed it as a 2G. I found out it is a "MC" model, ans also that it was the essentially the same as a 3G. Now for the questions:
    1. For jailbreaking purposes, do I treat it as a 3G 32GB or as a 2G 32GB MC?
    2. How is the MC line different from the other lines?
    3. Will OS 4.0 work on this?
    4. Can OS 4.0 be jailbroken on this?
    5. What's the point of having the whole MC/MB distinction?

    1. Treat it as a 3G 32gb.
    2. It has a faster processor, more ram, can support better graphics etc.
    3. Yes.
    4. Apparently it can, but no jailbreak has been released for it since 4.0 hasn't even been publicly released.
    5. Well, MB/MC and all that stuff is just used to determine what model you have. MA = 1G, MB = 2G, MC = 3G.
