I downloaded the 3.0 firmware for my 2g itouch,
after I restored it I tried to use winrar to open the firmware.
    Then i put in cydia.app, installer.app and instalous.app,
but i´m not sure if the firmware is kind of jailbroken,
or will it just break my ipod???

If it was that simple there wouldn't be numerous threads on how to jailbreak the iPod.
