Correct me if im wrong; If i tick the box in iTunes where it says: "Manually handle music", my ipod will not loose any songs everytime i sync it, right? And i can delete a song from my PC, without it going away from my ipod. But if i later want to edit that song info or delete it, WITHOUT loosing anything else that is NOT on my PC, but on my ipod, How does that work.

and can you do the same thing with movies as well?

You don't sync, you practically drag a drop music. You will not lose music from you iPod if it is deleted from the compuer.
