so I'm using 1.1.2 all functioning with BossTool used to move Apps. my head scratcher is in which folder do I install applications manually .(var/root/Applications or the other one)....as i see 2 application folders with all my installed apps in. I don't want to screw my iTouch up by doing anything wrong on this one. I would like to use Scrabble and it's not on any repo so I suppose it's manual right? Anyone got an infallible way to help?

The "other one" is just a link to the /var/root one because of the symlink you made with BossTool. /Applications just redirects you to var/root/Applications.
