    ...In under 5 minutes.

My iPod is in a boot loop, but I can use it in DiskAid/iTunes normally for 5 minutes until it restarts again.

Is there a way to manually back up my AppStore apps' data from a folder/file?

    Please help!

I don't want to have to beat Ferrari GT all over again!

ok right, this will be VERY difficult but first

    1. navigate to the location of all your app store apps and find your app
    2. it will NOT named 'ferrari gt' or whatever, it will be a series of letters and numbers. You will have to go through each folder and find it
    3. once you have, extract the documents folder out to your computer
    4. when you rejailbreak, navigate to that folder again and put it back in.

Or you could just back it up in itunes

Actually when you sync, iTunes backups all your app/game data. You just have to restore from a backup.

    What do you mean?

If it's stuck in a "boot" loop then something is messin with it. If anything happens to my iPod touch, I run redsn0w again. But when you run redsn0w again make sure you uncheck Install Cydia because then it will try to overwrite Cydia. You will still have Cydia if you don't check Install Cydia. Try fixing it like that. If I am misunderstanding your problem then inform me and I have a solution for backing up apps.

I don't trust the iTunes backup much further than I can throw a Buick but it seems to be the only option for AppStore data.

All other data I can back up manually. I put the steps to do so in my Ultimate Jailbreak Tutorial.
